Pathology in Niemann-Pick type C

I am investigating the pathology of the Niemann-Pick type C to develop novel therapies that contribute to treating the disease. The project investigates the effect of proteostasis modulators in Niemann-Pick type C disease. The project is a collaborative agreement between the Platt group and Orphazyme in Copenhagen.
